For certain orders we do keep copies of the videos you submit to us for backup purposes only. Your video will be seen only by the technicians doing the work on your order.

We use e-mail to correspond with you about your order. From time to time we may send you e-mail to let you know about new services that we offer, special promotions, etc. You have the opportunity to opt-out of such correspondence.
